
A Voice Broadcast is a pre-recorded message that you send to your customers via their telephone.
You can send almost any recorded message to your customers, for almost any purpose.
Our Voice Broadcasting system is totally interactive: when people receive the message, they can interact with the message via their telephone keypad.
For example, if you are informing your customers of an interesting offer, they can press "5" on their keypad to be transferred instantly to your own switchboard. Alternatively, customers can choose to ask for a callback at a later time.

More importantly, the response rate for mailshots is typically less than 1%. How do I know how successful my campaign is?
An extremely important feature of the VoiceJunction system is the detailed reports you will receive after each campaign. For each and every customer called, you will be able to see exactly what happened - Did they answer? If so, how long did they listen? If they listened, did they indicate they were interested? Did they press the button to be transferred to your inbound call team? Did they press the button to say they wanted a call back?
You simply cannot get that level of information from paper-based or email-based campaigns.
